Hajipur, Vaishali, Patna, Muzaffarpur and Chhapra, subject to allowed pincodes maintained by admin.
Can I pay partially?
Yes. Admin can verify any received amount and keep the remaining balance in your order payment ledger.
Is COD available?
COD is available up to ₹9,999 and can be disabled on selected products.
Can I cancel my order?
A customer can cancel while the order is still in Order Placed status. Further decisions are handled by admin.
How are jewellery prices calculated?
Using live metal rates, net weight, making charge, optional stone charge, tax and discount configured by admin.
